TOTAL was founded in 1983 to address the needs of the working poor and homeless while simultaneously relieving local churches of the constant flow of requests for financial assistance. TOTAL provides rental assistance, mortgage assistance, heating assistance, prescription payments, clothing, food, and, on limited occasions, transportation assistance. All services are free to requestors. All requests are considered but not all requests can be met. TOTAL is dedicated to addressing needs as opposed to wants.
