Westbay Community Action, Inc. is a private non-profit tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in January 1966. Its mission is to assist the economically disadvantaged and elderly of Kent County, RI to achieve self-sufficiency. This is accomplished by implementing programs and services that address both the short and long term needs of our clients.
