The City of Bellevue Human Service Division was established by the City Council in February of 1975. The objectives of the department are to provide the following programs to residents in need of the following services and who meet the program qualifications: * Specialized Transportation Service * Emergency Financial Assistance * Food Pantry * Handyman Program Services * Information and Referral Services * Holiday Assistance Program The department is located in the City Hall Annex in Olde Town Bellevue at 204 W. Mission Ave.
