We are a HUD-subsidized low income apartment complex for seniors ages 62+. Rent is based on a sliding scale. To qualify, income must fall within \"very low income\" government guidelines. All applicants will be required to provide two forms of ID and undergo background, credit, and rental history screening.
This is a brand-new apartment complex. All apartments are on the ground floor with handicap-accessible features, central heat/air, and energy star appliances. We have motion-detector lights outdoors for added security. Outdoor rocking chairs will be provided. Laundry facilities are available on site.
This apartment complex is located in a quiet setting with beautiful views of the mountains. We will have a minimum of two structured community activities per month. Site manager lives on site.
