The mission of Homecoming Project is to provide the facility and staff to create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for women in a comprehensive, family oriented program of recovery from alcoholism or drug addiction. Homecoming Project is the only state-certified facility of its type in northeast Maryland that addresses the critical local need for transitional housing with addiction support services.
