Community Ministries of Rockville (CMR) has been serving as the Metropolitan Area?s first Community Ministry since 1967. It is a non-sectarian 501c3 non-profit whose purpose is to give voice to conscience and to serve human need. We fulfill this mission by advocating on behalf of the disadvantaged within the City of Rockville, Montgomery County, and the State of Maryland. Our direct services include housing, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, language and cultural education, home care services to the frail elderly,health care to the uninsured and emergency assistance to individuals in crisis
