A ministry of churches and synagogues in Rapides parish helping persons in crisis situations with several services. Case Management for Homeless Prevention provides rent/utility assistance in the form of payment and/or deposits to prevent consumer from becoming homeless. Case Management and regular follow-up along with empowering the consumer to care for themselves. Services include emergency food, clothing, medication assistance (only antibiotics listed on their formulary).
