About Emergency Assistance, Northern Ky Community Action Commission

Provides limited emergency assistance including clothing, food, and financial assistance for utilities, rent, emergency prescriptions, weatherization and child care assistance for Carroll Co, KY residents. Also administers government commodity distribution, as well as the state's Home Energy Assistance Program (LI-HEAP). St. Vincent de Paul Pharmacy here second Wednesday of every month to help eligible people with long term medications.
