The Northeast Florida Community Action Agency serves seven counties. Another Duval County location, the Emergency Services Center, is located at 1133 Ionia St, Jacksonville, 32206. Services offered include: 1) emergency assistance for food and utilities; 2) bus tokens for necessary transportation for elderly or Family Self-sufficiency Program or disability such as AIDS; 3) housing repairs for clients owning homes and meeting guidelines; 4) dental care (same requirements as bus tokens); 5) weatherization program. 6) assistance with rental deposits and rent fees in some cases. Some county offices may not offer all of the same services.
