The Financial Assistance Program supplies fathers with emergency financial relief for child support through grants for the non-employed and loans for the employed. Also provides general consulting for father and support groups for teens and adults. Gender Requirements: Either Other Requirements: Eligibility: All fathers are eligible but services will be based on a financial need and an assessment evaluation performed by staff. Mothers are also welcome for consulting and referral services. For the Child Support Recovery Program they are not eligible if they have a Felony Record or is receiving Food Stamps or Cash Assistance.
