ACTS, Community Support Services Housing offers permanent support for the following: (a) housing for people with HIV/AIDS; (b) housing for forensic clients; (c) housing for Veterans; (d) housing for individuals with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Each individual in these housing programs receives support services from case managers. ACTS owns some of the apartments and homes and is the landlord, but also have a scattered site program where tenants live in the community in housing with community landlords.
