Statewide social service agency provides assistance and disaster services to people with emergency needs; school readiness programs; summer camp; after school homework centers; youth groups; senior programming; and homeless assistance servicesElegibility:Families in Bloomfield, East Hartford, Hartford, Newington, West Hartford, Wethersfield, or Windsor who are at risk of becoming homeless due to reasons such as a fire, eviction notice, or because the town has condemned their dwelling. NOTE: The purpose of this program is to keep individuals and families in their housing; it is not for people who are now homeless. Hours of operation:24 hr/7 days Call M-F: 8am-4pm for appointment; Self referral or agency referral
