One-time rental assistance Rental or Mortgage assistance is provided during the funding cycle (March-September) and is based upon the occurrence of an emergency. Recipient must demonstrate the ability to make payments on their own after the one month s assistance. The benefit is available once every two years and the recipient must be cleared through the County of Riverside. Please call for assistance and ask for Helen Ross.
