Mission Statement The Fairfield-Suisun Community Action Council, Incorporated is a 501 (c) (3), non-profit, public service and community based organization that serves the Fairfield/Suisun area by providing direct human & social services to the general public. In addition, our on going mission, is to improve the way in which we deliver these services, to make every effort to better prepare & educate our consumers, while increasing public awareness of our agency & our client?s needs.
