About ORGANIZED COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM, INC.

We provide emergency assistance to unemployed, under-employed and less than fully employed people. These individuals are without means to provide for themselves. When funds are available, OCAP can make a one-time rent/mortgage payment to prevent eviction and a one time utility payment to provide persons with assistance through crisis times in their lives Our office hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Mon-Fri Please come to our offices and bring proof of income and complete an intake form. We can only help those individuals who meet the HHS income poverty guidelines. We do not charge for our services. Sorry, we only speak English.
